Size Guide
To find your dog's size, you need two measurements: their girth around the chest or desired placement area, and their flank length — from the base of the collar along the spine to just behind the front legs.

Girth and fit
The wrap fits any dog up to 34 inches around, and that limit is the same across all three sizes. Measure your dog at the chest or wherever you plan to place the wrap.
Most owners find placement just behind the front legs works well. Some find the stomach more effective. The wrap works through gentle pressure awareness, not squeezing, so as long as the fit stays loose and you are attentive to your dog's comfort, placement is yours to experiment with.
Leash length
Used without the wrap; clipped directly to your dog's collar, the leash adjusts from 63 inches (about 5.25 ft) contracted to 84.5 inches (about 7 ft) fully extended.
When the wrap is in use; your dog's girth determines how much of the 34-inch wrap section is consumed. Whatever remains adds to your total walking length. The adjustable section is always its own 25 to 45 inches on top of that.
Example: A small dog with a 12-inch girth leaves 22 inches of wrap, giving a total walking range of roughly 47 to 67 inches (4 to 5.5 ft). A medium dog at 20 inches leaves 14 inches, for a range of roughly 39 to 59 inches (3.25 to 5 ft). A larger dog at 28 inches leaves 6 inches, for a range of roughly 31 to 51 inches (2.5 to 4.25 ft).
Hands-free waist belt
The included waist belt is one size and fits a human waist of 24 to 44 inches. It clips to the leash handle so you can walk or run hands-free without holding the handle.
The belt can also be removed when you want more total length by preference or in a pinch. It can be looped around a tree, post, or pole for brief stationary moments like grabbing the mail or sitting at a park. Always keep your dog in close sight and full attention when doing so.
The wrap is designed to sit loosely while not pulling. It should not stay pulled tight against your dog's body.

Just be sure to use a strong clasp when connecting a second dog to the waist belt. I used the ring that was attached (it is not load bearing I have found) and it broke. I have 2 dogs (medium size dog) (small dog) and these leashes work like a dream but I do have one complaint as the attachment for my smaller dog is still way to big and it goes so low on his waist that it puts the pressure on his junk instead of below his ribs.
The second we put this on our puppy he immediately stopped pulling. He had a big problem with it and this literally changed everything!!

I literally could not walk my dog due to my severe arthritis and muscle atrophy. Today I walked my 70+ lb dog, hands free, with no issues. You should pitch this product to physical/ occupational therapists, disability service providers (especially ones that give or train service dogs), etc. I think the disability realm could be your sweet spot when partnered with the right organizations!
This leash is amazing! My chow chow and standard poodle both pull hard! I tried everything to get them to stop this leash fixed it with the first walk! It’s just a bit awkward at first getting in on but very easy moving forward. The only negative for me is the clips to attach leash to collar and the wrap are narrow and I never get it on first try?? Maybe my thumbs too small. Overall I’m loving this leash and highly recommend for pullers! I’m on their site to pick up another one. With the new leashes I will now be able to take them on walks together! Thanks so much for this product!

My dog walks right next to me when we walk, but taking my roomates 86 pound border collie on a walk with us is always a hassle, he has always been off the leash on walks so he just wants to go where he wants to go, and pulls non stop when he is on a leash, but with the calm command the three of us had a nice and calm 45 minute walk with almost no pulling at all.
