1. Remove Items From the Box

• Remove the roller wheels.

• Remove the carrier/bag.

• Remove the rolling frame piece.

2. Unfold the Carrier into its full form 

• Zip up the mesh window sides.

• Important:

  • The inner zippers (closer to the carrier interior) create the structure.

  • The outer zippers (closer to the mesh windows) are for entry and exit, while still maintaining structure.

3. Backpack Mode

• Clip the bottom of the backpack straps into the lower clips.

• That’s it — the carrier is now in backpack mode.

4. Hiding the Backpack Straps

• Unclip the straps from the lower clips.

• Tuck the straps into the pouch located at the upper base of the straps.

• The lower clips can stay in place.

5. Classic Mode

• Hide the backpack straps (as above).

• Attach the messenger strap to the side D-rings.

• Stow the wheels and the roller luggage piece.

6. Rolling Mode

• Clip each wheel into place on the wheel frame.

• Make sure the wheels line up correctly before attaching.

• Look for the yellow buttons to click into place and pop out.

  • If a wheel doesn’t click, switch the direction of the wheel and try again. If you have tried both directions, wiggle side to side and it will click into place.
    

• Secure the rolling frame to the carrier using the three Velcro connection points:

  • The Velcro patch at the top/front, near the backpack handle

  • The long Velcro strip on the left side

  • The long Velcro strip on the right side

  This keeps the rolling frame firmly attached during use.

7. VIP Lounge Mode (Expandable Sides)

• Unzip the expansion panels on each side.

• Unzip any of the center windows to reach your hand in to push the sides out.

• Pull the mesh panels outward so they stand properly.

• Unfold the floor panel to extend into the new expanded floor area.
  

8. Other Features

Leash Tether

• The leash inside the carrier can be used in all modes.

• Attach it to your dog’s harness for safety when using center mesh window so your pup doesn’t jump out.

Wheel/Accessory Pocket

• Store the messenger strap, wheels, potty bags or other accessories.

Washable Fleece Interior

• Simply unzip to remove the support board and wash the cover.

Center Mesh Window

• The center mesh window can be rolled up and clipped out of the way, it can be used in all modes.
